Experience and Leadership

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, Michael, the founder and director of M-TEK Platinum Building, leads the company with a depth of knowledge that spans all areas of construction. Starting his career in 2006, Michael completed a Certificate III in Carpentry before establishing M-TEK Constructions in 2009. Over the years, his work evolved from on-site carpentry to managing large-scale residential and light commercial projects, overseeing everything from budgets and compliance to complex renovations and bespoke home extensions.

In 2014, he founded M-TEK Platinum Building Pty Ltd, expanding the business to include full-service project management and client-centred delivery. As a Registered Domestic Builder (Unlimited) since 2021, Michael brings both technical precision and genuine care to each build. His qualifications include Certificates I–IV in Engineering, General Construction, and Building & Construction, along with formal safety and OH&S certifications.

Michael’s leadership style is grounded in respect, clear communication, and a commitment to quality. His experience in inclusive, person-centred environments, including accessibility modifications and functional design, reflects M-TEK’s understanding of how thoughtful building can improve everyday living.
